Madan Thangavelu is chief visionary and advisor to VraiSense for finer integration of technology and data science with basic science, especially the biology and chemistry aspects at multiple scales. He is a noted Genome Biologist and harnessing his entrepreneurship skills in closely integrating, implementing and narrowing down the gaps between basic science and technology implementations in Life-sciences applications.
Following a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Cambridge, UK, his recent academic affiliations include Research Fellowships at the Department of Oncology, University of Cambridge, Medical Research Council Cancer Cell Unit, Cambridge, and Lever-hulme Research Fellow, Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge. He is a member of the Mind-Matter Unification Project of the Theory of Condensed Matter Group at the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge, headed by Professor Brian Josephson.
At VraiSense, Madan is empowering the human decisions by enabling the more confidence in observing, assessing, evaluating and implementing the biologically-learnt cognitions into artificial-cognitions, -recognitions and -intelligence, that solve the purpose at scale. Recently with his core-expertise he contributed significantly in refining and improving the strategy for integrating the biology-technology-data while retaining the signal integrity during a proof of concept aimed at technologically characterising the plant-pathogens interactions and the allied chemistries. He also extended his understanding and supervised the technology and data team to improve the machine vision-based algorithms and hence the high-throughput automated bio-efficacy annotations in a proof of concept with a globally operating German-plant phenotyping and Swiss-agrochemical company.
Lalit Saini functions as Subject Matter Expert for imaging-oriented life- and natural-sciences research and allied automation process optimisation for multiple organisations, following his dedicated role as Head of Engineering for Vraisense (a Swiss-based deeptech service company). Lalit by training is an electronics engineer specialised in electro-optical imaging sensors with highly coupled proficiency in imagery data science, algorithm development, automation and optimising operationally relevant artificial intelligence.
Lalit completed his Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication; Master's degree in Geoinformatics & Data Science; recently completed Certificate Course in Agrobiodiversity in a Changing Climate from Sapienza University of Rome and currently enrolled in Stanford-Lead program of Stanford University Graduate School of Business (GSB), Stanford, California, USA.
Lalit’s first hand trans-disciplinary experience enables him to concurrently & cohesively justify what, why, when, which less is more & which more is less important for operational research scenarios and to add significant value additions in the digital transformation domains of Life- & Earth-sciences.

Christian Andreoli is co-founder and partially taking care of the project management and allied-strategies at VraiSense. Christian Andreoli by training is a mechanical engineer and a Swiss-citizen with Deutsch and Italian as his native languages apart from sound French-fluency.
Christian did his bachelor's, master's and allied research work related to Energy and chaired the Renewable Energy Carriers at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Switzerland (ETH-Zurich). He also have experience of bringing innovations in and around energy sciences and technologies while engaged with KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
